IPA - Multiverse is a series of beers in which we explore what it means for a single beer to exist in multiple states. Each beer has similarities and differences, each connected but existing in it’s own unique state. Level III starts with extra pale, chit & flaked oats that provide a soft base where Galaxy hops take the spotlight, supported by Strata and Simcoe for aromas of overripe passion fruit and pineapple.£5.25
Porter - A load of malts (Pilsner, Cara, Crystal, Brown, Chocolate and Roast) combined with Magnum, Columbus, Chinook and Savinjski Goldings to deliver a hoppy kick. The result is a Special Black Beer: a rich, strong, smooth and hoppy version of a Baltic Porter.£3.75
American IPA - Extra Pale Ale malt provides the base, Wheat, Oats and Carapils added for body, along with Dextrose. Columbus and Chinook hops for bittering. Amarillo, Columbus and HBC-586 in the cool pool. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Chinook and Columbus. Fermented with a blend of American and English Ale yeast strains.£4.50
Double IPA - brewed with a hefty addition of new season Citra and Simcoe hops. The resulting beer is an explosion of tropical fruit notes, with Citra expressing flavours of juicy peach, ripe apricot and a zesty citrus aroma. The addition of Simcoe brings waves of passion fruit and a subtle piney finish. A generous addition of oats adds body, creating a beer that is soft, rounded and bursting with flavour.£6.00
Stout - Soft like velvet and far too easy to drink. 11 malts were used and lashings of molasses to boot! Caramel flavours range from sweet shop to burnt sugar. Roasted impact hits in waves with coffee grounds and cocoa upfront and that unmistakable roasted barley oomph we crave through the middle. Bitterness and roasted astringency are balanced by a slightly sweet and natural finish. No adjuncts here… Just a straight up 7.7% ABV export stout.£6.75
German-style Pilsner - crisp, clean and highly drinkable. A light malt sweetness builds into a gentle bitterness and noble hop character, creating a beer with a delicate floral aroma alongside subtle spicy notes. A bright and zippy carbonation keeps the finish satisfyingly crisp and dry, encouraging another sip.£3.25
Pale Ale - A soft and textured mouthfeel due to the vast amounts of Oats, Torrefied Wheat and Torrefied Barley used to brew this beer give it that undeniable drinkable factor, then spiked with upfront juiciness and tropical hop from a huge blend of some of our favourite North American hops, which will finish with a soft and subtle bitterness to tie it all together.£4.00
IPA - This IPA experiments of a technique known as dip hopping. Additional Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe is loaded into an empty tank to make a concentrated ‘hop tea’ that Siren's fermented beer is blended into. They then dry hop for good measure. The result should make for additional accents and depth of flavour.£3.75
Farmhouse ale - Little Earth Project say: 'Made with our own grown organic hops and barley & floor malted organic wheat malt, this is a beer that is normally keg only and reserved for it's namesake pub, the Edwardstone White Horse. This house saison is brewed and left to age for a few months in oak with a mix of our own yeast and a traditional farmhouse strain to create a dry, sparkling, funky but drinkable beer.'£14.75
IPA - Juicy, soft, and full of ripe tropical fruit flavours from a blend of hops and aromatic yeast, this IPA is our modern take on a classic style. Showcasing hop flavours and yeast esters against a big body from high protein malts, to replicate the mouthfeel of tropical fruit, this beer finishes with a low bitterness to let the hop aromas and flavours linger on your palate.£5.50
