IPA - This IPA experiments of a technique known as dip hopping. Additional Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe is loaded into an empty tank to make a concentrated ‘hop tea’ that Siren's fermented beer is blended into. They then dry hop for good measure. Fruited Sour - This year's Elderflower Saison got kicked up a notch. Now with 100% of Little Earth's own yeast, it's more sour than saison with an added tartness from fresh local gooseberries to balance out the funky floral foraged elderflowers.£15.00
