IPA - brewed using a Simcoe & Azacca hops. Simcoe offers a hit of grapefruit and ripe tropical fruits and Azacca brings a whole bunch of soft stone fruit flavours.

IPA - Constellations is a rotating IPA series, where Burnt Mill bring together some of their favourite hop varieties. For Cassiopeia, they've matched the 6 stars with Citra, Amarillo, Meridian, Strata, Sabro and Kohatu to create an IPA giving us a tropical melody of mango and passionfruit, with subtle notes of vanilla and coconut.£6.20
IPA - After the success of the Sussex Project Little Monster started a new series but with a slight difference. Brew 5 beers with the same malt, same yeast, same ABV but change two hops every time and see what type of flavours they could create. First up Idaho 7 and Bru1. A Session IPA with punchy tropical fruits and hints of spice.£4.90
IPA - With the base beer of Mu Mu Cat, Rock Leopard have created a modern day classic West Coast IPA and dry hopped it with Chinook & Amarillo hops. Rice Lager - Inspired by Peckhams own Sake. A full bodied and flavoursome Rice Lager brewed with extra pale malted barley & torrified rice flakes. Whirlpool & dry hopped with sorachi & kaz beck hops. The 100kg Kasu additions during the boil adding complexity and depth. Sake Kasu is a by product of the sake brewing process and part of Japanese 'no waste' culture is used for myriad of other uses including cosmetics, skincare and as a healthy food marinade.£4.20
Pale Ale - Indecision time is a modern pale ale that changes from brew to brew to highlight individual new world hops. In this brew we used Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Centennial.£5.30
NEIPA - The use of Kveik yeast produces some amazing flavours during fermentation. Full bodied & hazy, we dry hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic and El Dorado for flavours of stone fruit, mango and pear, developing into a subtle spicy finish.£5.50
Pilsner - Select Pills is a single hopped pilsner, made with sweet Bamberger malt and hopped heavily with single varieties of German Hops. This edition is single hopped with Petit Blanc. This is the first time this hop has been used in the UK, found while the hop growers parents were on a wine and cheese tasting holiday in france, Heady floral flavours of blossom and cherry. A smashable, bitter pilsner.£6.50
Fruited Gose - Packed with more blueberries than you can fit in to a 4 foot car, Blue Jam is tart, juicy and vibrantly purple (yes, sorry not blue). Much like the Gose-style beers you know Yonder for, this is full bodied and smooth, with a lick of Cornish Sea Salt, and this time, a touch of lemon-like flavour from coriander seed (just a touch).£6.30
