IPA - A soft and peachy 7.2% IPA that balances juicy stone fruit and berry flavours with resinous pine and bright citrus fruit notes as Mosaic and Simcoe go for a personal best!
£6.25Bitter - A modern reinterpretation of an English Bitter; inspired by the past but brewed with the future firmly in mind. Using new UK hop varieties and our house yeast, Yonder have created a beer which tastes like home without dampening the desire to explore beyond it.
£4.00Fruited Gose - Packed with more blueberries than you can fit in to a 4 foot car, Blue Jam is tart, juicy and vibrantly purple (yes, sorry not blue). Much like the Gose-style beers you know Yonder for, this is full bodied and smooth, with a lick of Cornish Sea Salt, and this time, a touch of lemon-like flavour from coriander seed (just a touch).
£6.00Sour - Trunk of Funk is a strong, dark and sour ale, aged for a year in specially selected and freshly emptied red wine casks from Burgundy and aged for 12 months on two seasons of foraged fruit and mixture of funky beer and wine cultures.
£20.50Stout - Wake up, it's time to party! Smooth and luxurious, sweet with a little kick of bitterness, Slumber is worth getting out of bed for. A vanilla ice cream dream, submerged in roasted coffee aromas.
£5.25Pale Ale - This delightfully wicked pale ichor, the first from poisonous metallers Cradle Of Filth & Electric Bear Brewing, is awash with forbidden fruits, possessing the opulent aroma of tropical hurricanes reclining midst the bloody hubbub of grapefruit and mango.
£3.50Belgian style Pale Ale - Rustique started life as a ‘clean’ strong Belgian style pale ale. After a primary fermentation we transferred it to Foudre No. 4, that had previously held different mixed fermentation beers. The residual wild yeasts worked their magic over 15 months to produce a unique wild pale ale.
£16.00German-style Pilsner - crisp, clean and highly drinkable. A light malt sweetness builds into a gentle bitterness and noble hop character, creating a beer with a delicate floral aroma alongside subtle spicy notes. A bright and zippy carbonation keeps the finish satisfyingly crisp and dry, encouraging another sip.
£3.25NEIPA - Like Tankslapper, they've used the Verdant yeast in this beer to kick out lots of citrus and tropical aromas. Plenty of big, pithy, juicy hops in here too – Azacca, El Dorado and Idaho-7 (Cryo).
£4.75West Coast IPA - full of Columbus, Amarillo, Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops. Hop forward in flavour and at 6.5% nothing to be sniffed at in poke, available in keg.
£4.00DDH IPA. Soft and hazy with the double threat of Mosaic and Simcoe. Barley, oats & wheat fermented with a New England style yeast for a creamy soft mouthfeel. Bold juicy flavours with a soft pink grapefruit backdrop.
£4.50DIPA - Dank mangos and powdered papaya sherbet. Vanilla chews, thick and warming for the winter months. Comet in the whirlpool; Citra, Mosaic, Azacca and Ekuanot 28 g/l dry-hopping.
£6.00Pale Ale - Citra Hops shine in this bright and tropical easy-drinking Pale Ale. Citra in spades provides delicate flavours of grapefruit, mango and lychee.
£3.75IPA - We bloody love Mosaic hops. We brewed Divine Elements so you can love them too. Made exclusively with Mosaic hops this 6% IPA is scarily sessionable for a 6 percenter! Vegan friendly!
£4.25Fruited Sour - This year's Elderflower Saison got kicked up a notch. Now with 100% of Little Earth's own yeast, it's more sour than saison with an added tartness from fresh local gooseberries to balance out the funky floral foraged elderflowers.
£15.00Helles Lager - Inspired by Bavaria but made with all British malts and hops, this crisp and quenching lager is designed for active days out in the country or that refreshing first Friday pint.
£3.00Stout - Waffler is our first pastry stout, inspired by our favourite comfort food. 100% Canadian GRADE A maple syrup, rauch malt for smoky kicks, a heavy grist building a full body, black coffee giving an aromatic bitterness offsetting the sweetness and vegan friendly bacon top notes. It’s a maple bacon, stack of pancakes in a beer.
£5.00IPA - Session strength New England IPA brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops aplenty.
£4.25Table beer - This little beer is big on flavour. Perfect for the weary soul, tired of the same old thing. Do a Tail Crush for me, do a Tail Crush for you….
£3.75IPA - Juicy, soft, and full of ripe tropical fruit flavours from a blend of hops and aromatic yeast, this IPA is our modern take on a classic style. Showcasing hop flavours and yeast esters against a big body from high protein malts, to replicate the mouthfeel of tropical fruit, this beer finishes with a low bitterness to let the hop aromas and flavours linger on your palate.
