Pale Ale - BRU-1 and Strata dominate proceedings in this full yet light and slightly crisp pale offering. The sister to 300 Laps that oozes grapefruit, pineapple and a skunky dankness. Balancing the bold flavours of coriander seed and caracao orange peel with the gentle snap of Saaz and Tettnang hops, Flowers is a modern twist on a classic style, for any occasion.

£5.75IPA - This IPA experiments of a technique known as dip hopping. Additional Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe is loaded into an empty tank to make a concentrated ‘hop tea’ that Siren's fermented beer is blended into. They then dry hop for good measure. The result should make for additional accents and depth of flavour.
£3.75DIPA - Dank mangos and powdered papaya sherbet. Vanilla chews, thick and warming for the winter months. Comet in the whirlpool; Citra, Mosaic, Azacca and Ekuanot 28 g/l dry-hopping.
