Fruited Gose - Packed with more blueberries than you can fit in to a 4 foot car, Blue Jam is tart, juicy and vibrantly purple (yes, sorry not blue). Much like the Gose-style beers you know Yonder for, this is full bodied and smooth, with a lick of Cornish Sea Salt, and this time, a touch of lemon-like flavour from coriander seed (just a touch).£6.00
Sour - An exercise in sensory trickery & nostalgia. A rich traditional malt bill gives you all the caramel sweetness you’d expect from the soft drink then a natural souring process gives you the tang, that’s then followed by the unmistakable flavour of the Scottish classic.£4.75
Pale Ale - Sabro is a hop we’ve been on the periphery of, but haven’t had the chance to brew with just yet. The newest hype hop finally landed in our cold store just as we were arranging a collaboration with our friends at Chamonix-based Big Mountain Brewing Co, and it seemed as if it were written in the stars to use this hop for the occasion. Paired up with a Polly’s stalwart in Citra, and named for Scott’s truly awful George Takei impression, this beer is absolutely massive on pineapple, coconut, and creamy tropical fruit flavours.£5.00
DIPA - Space Dream Lab pours like straight yellow Milk with explosive notes of passionfruit, Groove stand OJ, and sticky hops. The flavor is island fruits, orange creamsicle, pineapple in heavy syrup, mango and papaya wrapped up with dank hop profile. It’s milky and creamy finish is loaded up with Equilibrium's EQjuice making it near crushable. A beer fit for the stars.£11.25
IPA - Where’s did all the bitterness go? Well Add 2 Cart is bringing it back! May even have a touch of crystal malt and absolutely no oats! Flavour : Pine. Resin. Crisp. Malts: Low Colour Pale, Torrified Wheat, Crystal and Dextin malt Hops: Magnum, Simcoe, Mosaic and Idaho 7. Yeast: DR House Strain£4.00
Dark Beer - Delirium Red is an 8% dark-red cherry beer made by the heroes that gave the world Delirium Tremens. Based on their blonde ale, it has a light pink, compact head, a soft aroma of almond and sour cherries, and tastes tangy and fruity, with a perfect balance between sweet and sour.£3.50
American Pale Ale - Named after the two heavyweight hops that battle it out in this brew (Summit and Mosaic), $UMO will wrestle your taste buds with a flavour combo of tropical fruit, dank herbs and weighty bitterness. Other beers may enter the ring but $UMO will be the last brew standing.£3.75
IPA - Uber silky and fluffy, Simcoe is transformed into a super fruity softy in Work and Non Work, a 7% Simcoe IPA. Sweet peach and sticky passion fruit is reflected by dank and resinous notes, pithy orange and pink bubblegum aroma. Our beloved Simcoe, but not as you know it.£5.25
