IPA - This IPA experiments of a technique known as dip hopping. Additional Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe is loaded into an empty tank to make a concentrated ‘hop tea’ that Siren's fermented beer is blended into. They then dry hop for good measure. The result should make for additional accents and depth of flavour.
