Belgian style Pale Ale - Rustique started life as a ‘clean’ strong Belgian style pale ale. After a primary fermentation we transferred it to Foudre No. 4, that had previously held different mixed fermentation beers. The residual wild yeasts worked their magic over 15 months to produce a unique wild pale ale.

Farmhouse ale - Little Earth Project say:  'Made with our own grown organic hops and barley & floor malted organic wheat malt, this is a beer that is normally keg only and reserved for it's namesake pub, the Edwardstone White Horse. This house saison is brewed and left to age for a few months in oak with a mix of our own yeast and a traditional farmhouse strain to create a dry, sparkling, funky but drinkable beer.'
