Porter - This is a truly indulgent beer. With a recipe laced with dark toasted malts, dried fruits and lemon zest, a six month stint in oak cognac barrels elevates things to a whole new level. Pale Ale - A crisp and easy drinking Pale, hopped with Mosaic and Amarillo. Slightly tropical, with a bit of pine on the finish. Smooth and hazy, this beer is a go to and brewed each week by Pressure Drop.

IPA - Constellations is a rotating IPA series, where Burnt Mill bring together some of their favourite hop varieties. For Cassiopeia, they've matched the 6 stars with Citra, Amarillo, Meridian, Strata, Sabro and Kohatu to create an IPA giving us a tropical melody of mango and passionfruit, with subtle notes of vanilla and coconut.£6.20
West Coast Pale Ale - inspired by the relaxed vibe of the Californian way; with a heavy whirlpool addition of Cascade bringing the bitterness to the party to play off perfectly against fresh cut grass, pine, and grapefruit notes from the reeled back use of Chinook and Citra in the dry hop. Clean fermented with US05 for maximum drinkability and crispness, this is a beer perfect for soaking up the sun, kicking back, maxin’ out, and relaxin’ all cool.£5.10
Rice Lager - Inspired by Peckhams own Sake. A full bodied and flavoursome Rice Lager brewed with extra pale malted barley & torrified rice flakes. Whirlpool & dry hopped with sorachi & kaz beck hops. The 100kg Kasu additions during the boil adding complexity and depth. Sake Kasu is a by product of the sake brewing process and part of Japanese 'no waste' culture is used for myriad of other uses including cosmetics, skincare and as a healthy food marinade.£4.20
Sour - Sour and fruity with vast amounts of sour cherry and mango added, rounded out with coconut to create this fruit-smoothie of a beer.£6.30
DIPA - This DIPA in Polly's Spectrum series features a mixture of 20kg of Mosaic and Citra pellet hops, paired up with 3kg of Mosaic and Citra Spectrum; expect slightly more intense gooseberry, lychee and grapefruit notes from Citra, backed up with a tropical medley of mango, peach and tangerine notes from Mosaic.£6.25
Fruited Sour - This year's Elderflower Saison got kicked up a notch. Now with 100% of Little Earth's own yeast, it's more sour than saison with an added tartness from fresh local gooseberries to balance out the funky floral foraged elderflowers.£16.10
IPA - After the success of the Sussex Project Little Monster started a new series but with a slight difference. Brew 5 beers with the same malt, same yeast, same ABV but change two hops every time and see what type of flavours they could create. First up Idaho 7 and Bru1.
