NEIPA - Here Simcoe Cryo has been paired with Azacca and an old English Ale yeast strain. We have retained the juice expected of a New England style beer IPA while the hop combination makes this the earthiest of the IPAs released so far this year. The yeast variant is also a slightly higher attenuator than our usual house strain so the beer is slightly lighter and more crisp.£6.75
Farmhouse ale - Little Earth Project say: 'Made with our own grown organic hops and barley & floor malted organic wheat malt, this is a beer that is normally keg only and reserved for it's namesake pub, the Edwardstone White Horse. This house saison is brewed and left to age for a few months in oak with a mix of our own yeast and a traditional farmhouse strain to create a dry, sparkling, funky but drinkable beer.'£14.75
DIPA - Sharing the same malt bill, water profile and hop lineup as Allen, the 8% DIPA shifts the spotlight onto Nelson Sauvin, making it the star of show while Citra and Mosaic follow its lead. Despite its shared characteristics, FIVE A.M. remains a standout offering.£7.75
DIPA - Deya say: "Scene Scene is a Double IPA version of our Southern Hemisphere heavy hitter, Senescence, with the all star New Zealand hop line up of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka!Brought to you in glorious 3-D we've taken the whirlpool additions up several notches to balance the chewy body and extended and refined the dry hop additions to bring more action to your olfactory bulb. Gert lush!"£6.75
Imperial Stout - Deviant & Dandy's latest collaboration is with Old Street Brewery and comes in at a jolly 8% ABV and includes fresh figs, cocoa nibs and a good helping of Tonka Beans which gives it aromas not unlike a mix of vanilla, cherry, almond, and something spicy like cinnamon.£4.50
Sour - An exercise in sensory trickery & nostalgia. A rich traditional malt bill gives you all the caramel sweetness you’d expect from the soft drink then a natural souring process gives you the tang, that’s then followed by the unmistakable flavour of the Scottish classic.£4.75
Continental Pale - Duration's award winning hoppy Continental pale is crisp, dry and elegantly balanced. Lightly floral with a refreshingly hop bitter finish. Enjoy a silky mouth feel and fruit esters from co-pitched yeast strains. A rustic barrel aged version off foeder will evolve this into our farmhouse pale, because you ain’t living unless you’ve bet the farm.£4.00
Bitter - A Best Bitter, for you, for me and for us. Chevallier, Crystal, Munich, Amber Malt and Torrefied Wheat provide a fine crunchy biscuit and sweet marmalade base with a clear and rich amber hue. A blend of whole leaf Bullion, East Kent Goldings and UK Cascade allow for a strong bitter line to run through the whole drink and throw bouquets of earthy blackberry, honey and gentle floral pine aroma.£3.50
Pale Ale - If you're fond of sand dunes and salty air, consider Norfolk. Sweeping coastlines that define the region as much as the vast skies. Instantly recognisable, our coastal dunes perpetually shift with each tide, gently changing the landscape in a state of continual variation. Sweeping Coast is resinous, bright and fresh yet subtlety undulating on a journey, one that is always set to home.£4.25
Lager - Inspired by the Helles lagerbiers of Munich, this is a true London lager. German malt, European malts and London water come together to produce a smooth, crisp and flavourful beer. In the spirit of Das Reinheistgebot, Anspatch & Hobday use the spunding method to carbonate their lager naturally, while an extended cold storage in horizontal lager tanks gives our beer time to condition and mature. As all true lagers must.£3.25
