Pale Ale - Sabro is a hop we’ve been on the periphery of, but haven’t had the chance to brew with just yet. The newest hype hop finally landed in our cold store just as we were arranging a collaboration with our friends at Chamonix-based Big Mountain Brewing Co, and it seemed as if it were written in the stars to use this hop for the occasion. Paired up with a Polly’s stalwart in Citra, and named for Scott’s truly awful George Takei impression, this beer is absolutely massive on pineapple, coconut, and creamy tropical fruit flavours.£5.00
Farmhouse ale - Little Earth Project say: 'Made with our own grown organic hops and barley & floor malted organic wheat malt, this is a beer that is normally keg only and reserved for it's namesake pub, the Edwardstone White Horse. This house saison is brewed and left to age for a few months in oak with a mix of our own yeast and a traditional farmhouse strain to create a dry, sparkling, funky but drinkable beer.'£14.75

Anglo-Belgian Pale Ale - Brewed with Brasserie De La Senne, this modern Anglo-Belgian pale ale represents both breweries’ love of crisp pale ales. A high proportion of spelt aids the dryness. Hoppy on the nose with an assertively pleasing bitterness.£4.00

Pilsner - Select Pills is a single hopped pilsner, made with sweet Bamberger malt and hopped heavily with single varieties of German Hops. This edition is single hopped with Petit Blanc. This is the first time this hop has been used in the UK, found while the hop growers parents were on a wine and cheese tasting holiday in france, Heady floral flavours of blossom and cherry.
