£4.00Dark Beer - Delirium Red is an 8% dark-red cherry beer made by the heroes that gave the world Delirium Tremens. Based on their blonde ale, it has a light pink, compact head, a soft aroma of almond and sour cherries, and tastes tangy and fruity, with a perfect balance between sweet and sour.

£3.50Porter - This is a truly indulgent beer. With a recipe laced with dark toasted malts, dried fruits and lemon zest, a six month stint in oak cognac barrels elevates things to a whole new level. Distinctive notes of rich dried prunes linger at the fore, with sweet marzipan flavours adding to the festive feel. Store and serve chilled.

£25.00Pale Ale - A beautiful juicy pale ale from Black Iris brewery in Nottingham. This is a great statement beer brewed to celebrate their local market. Packed with ripe fruit and balanced out with a good bitterness as well.
£4.50Double IPA - brewed with a hefty addition of new season Citra and Simcoe hops. The resulting beer is an explosion of tropical fruit notes, with Citra expressing flavours of juicy peach, ripe apricot and a zesty citrus aroma. The addition of Simcoe brings waves of passion fruit and a subtle piney finish. A generous addition of oats adds body, creating a beer that is soft, rounded and bursting with flavour.
£6.00NEIPA - Here Simcoe Cryo has been paired with Azacca and an old English Ale yeast strain. We have retained the juice expected of a New England style beer IPA while the hop combination makes this the earthiest of the IPAs released so far this year. The yeast variant is also a slightly higher attenuator than our usual house strain so the beer is slightly lighter and more crisp.

£4.00Wheat Beer - Brewed with over 55% of the malt bill being made up of Wheat, Rolled Oats, Torrefied Wheat, Flaked Torrefied Oats & Flaked Torrefied Barley; resulting in a beautiful mouthfeel and a huge body. Traditional Mittelfruh German hops were used alongside a classic German style wheat beer yeast. Expect a big rounded soft mouthfeel with bursting banana notes with a touch of classic spice from the hops.
£4.25IPA - This IPA experiments of a technique known as dip hopping. Additional Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe is loaded into an empty tank to make a concentrated ‘hop tea’ that Siren's fermented beer is blended into. They then dry hop for good measure. The result should make for additional accents and depth of flavour.
