£4.25Pale Ale - A soft and textured mouthfeel due to the vast amounts of Oats, Torrefied Wheat and Torrefied Barley used to brew this beer give it that undeniable drinkable factor, then spiked with upfront juiciness and tropical hop from a huge blend of some of our favourite North American hops, which will finish with a soft and subtle bitterness to tie it all together.

£3.50New England Pale Ale - serves up a delicious medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Fermented on Vermont yeast, packed full of Citra and Mosaic hops and dry-hopped with enhanced pellets. A punchy combination of fruity, tropical, and citrus notes.
£4.50IPA - This IPA experiments of a technique known as dip hopping. Additional Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe is loaded into an empty tank to make a concentrated ‘hop tea’ that Siren's fermented beer is blended into. They then dry hop for good measure. The result should make for additional accents and depth of flavour.
£3.75Belgian - It has an intensely aromatic and dry character. Between the first and second fermentations there is also an additional dry-hopping process. Through this the beer acquires its pronounced hoppy aroma and extra dry taste.
