£3.75IPA - With heaps of aromatics, both green and tropical, bitterness and flavour, it's easy to see how this hop has become such a go-to for so many. Brewed with Drop Project's favourite selection of IPA Malt, Oat Malt, Flaked Oats and house yeast, the perfect foundation has been laid for the Simcoe to shine. Dry hopped with a generous dash of Cryo, you'll get a big ol' whack of citrus peel, pine and super ripe stone fruits, all rounded out with a classic gentle bitterness.
£4.50IPA - brewed using a Simcoe & Azacca hops. Simcoe offers a hit of grapefruit and ripe tropical fruits and Azacca brings a whole bunch of soft stone fruit flavours.
£4.75Pale Ale - A beautiful juicy pale ale from Black Iris brewery in Nottingham. This is a great statement beer brewed to celebrate their local market. Packed with ripe fruit and balanced out with a good bitterness as well.
£4.50Stout - Cranachan inspired Raspberry Imperial Stout, conditioned on vanilla and single malt oak chips. Silky, smooth and decadent with creamy raspberry finish.
£7.00NEIPA - Here Simcoe Cryo has been paired with Azacca and an old English Ale yeast strain. We have retained the juice expected of a New England style beer IPA while the hop combination makes this the earthiest of the IPAs released so far this year. The yeast variant is also a slightly higher attenuator than our usual house strain so the beer is slightly lighter and more crisp.

Raspberry takes the larger portion, delivering juicy, tart and earthy berry goodness, whilst Pear bulks up the mouthfeel and brings fleshy aromatic sweetness! These two new best buds, combined with North's signature TFG recipe, made up of best ale malt, oats, lactose and salt bring the full, thick, smooth and triple fruity drinking experience we all know and love!
£5.50California Pale Ale - A fresh pale ale as crisp as a cold winter's day. This style uses a super clean malt base to show off some amazing hop expression. Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Centennial and Vic Secret combine here to offer tropical and citrus notes dancing in and out of the spotlight, before finishing with trademark resinous bitterness.
£3.50DIPA - This Double IPA is the first Gipsy Hill have brewed with their new ‘Verdant’ yeast strain. Citra and Mosaic combine to the tune of 30g p/l to churn out HUGE grapefruit and pineapple notes.
£6.00Porter - A load of malts (Pilsner, Cara, Crystal, Brown, Chocolate and Roast) combined with Magnum, Columbus, Chinook and Savinjski Goldings to deliver a hoppy kick. The result is a Special Black Beer: a rich, strong, smooth and hoppy version of a Baltic Porter.
