English IPA - Gipsy Hill have collaborated with Brook House Hops for their second release, Sole Seller. They used some of their best UK hop varieties – Bramling Cross, Phoenix and Admiral – and produced an IPA that’s full of blackcurrant and citrus flavours backed up with some really earthy bitterness.

£17.75Wheat Beer - Brewed with over 55% of the malt bill being made up of Wheat, Rolled Oats, Torrefied Wheat, Flaked Torrefied Oats & Flaked Torrefied Barley; resulting in a beautiful mouthfeel and a huge body. Traditional Mittelfruh German hops were used alongside a classic German style wheat beer yeast. Expect a big rounded soft mouthfeel with bursting banana notes with a touch of classic spice from the hops.
£4.25Fruited Sour - Back to raspberries for this sour, supported with juicy mango. Gravity Well have softened their usual malt bill with the addition of oats. All held together with a touch of vanilla and subtle salinity in the finish.
£4.50Porter - This is a truly indulgent beer. With a recipe laced with dark toasted malts, dried fruits and lemon zest, a six month stint in oak cognac barrels elevates things to a whole new level. Distinctive notes of rich dried prunes linger at the fore, with sweet marzipan flavours adding to the festive feel. Store and serve chilled.

Amarillo, Columbus and HBC-586 in the cool pool. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Chinook and Columbus. Fermented with a blend of American and English Ale yeast strains.

£4.50West Coast IPA - Keeping true to the style this West Coast IPA has rousing tropical hop notes brewed with a balance of big hop bitterness and a bold malt profile. Hopped with Galaxy, Yellow Sub, Sabro cryo and Simcoe cryo hops on a malt base of extra pale barley, cara, munich and wheat malt.

Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Centennial and Vic Secret combine here to offer tropical and citrus notes dancing in and out of the spotlight, before finishing with trademark resinous bitterness.

£6.00Dark Beer - Delirium Red is an 8% dark-red cherry beer made by the heroes that gave the world Delirium Tremens. Based on their blonde ale, it has a light pink, compact head, a soft aroma of almond and sour cherries, and tastes tangy and fruity, with a perfect balance between sweet and sour.
£3.50IPA. - The idea is to recreate the velvet / creamy Limoncello from Sorrento mashing in with extra pale and caragold to give a lemon-like colour, lots of flaked oats for a rounded body and lactose for the "ice cream" effect. And lots of Lemons from Sorrento of course.
