Farmhouse ale - Little Earth Project say: 'Made with our own grown organic hops and barley & floor malted organic wheat malt, this is a beer that is normally keg only and reserved for it's namesake pub, the Edwardstone White Horse. This house saison is brewed and left to age for a few months in oak with a mix of our own yeast and a traditional farmhouse strain to create a dry, sparkling, funky but drinkable beer.'£14.75
New England IPA - It’s got stonefruit, grapefruit, haze and aroma in abundance. Following on from our collaboration with Braukollektiv, this is a German response to a contemporary style, the ultimate combination. Extra Pale Ale and Vienna malt provide the base, with Wheat and Oats added for body. HBC-692, Hüll Melon and Simcoe hops in the cool pool and dry hop additions. Fermented with a blend of American and English Ale yeast strains.£4.50
Sour - Raspberry gose pours opaque and vibrant red in colour. Aromas of fresh fruit dominate with hints of tangy yoghurt in the background. Tart raspberry coulis hits your senses with the first sip and lingers with the full, smoothie-like body and a saline lick from Cornish sea salt.£5.25

Porter - A load of malts (Pilsner, Cara, Crystal, Brown, Chocolate and Roast) combined with Magnum, Columbus, Chinook and Savinjski Goldings to deliver a hoppy kick. The result is a Special Black Beer: a rich, strong, smooth and hoppy version of a Baltic Porter.£3.75
Belgian style Pale Ale - Rustique started life as a ‘clean’ strong Belgian style pale ale. After a primary fermentation we transferred it to Foudre No. 4, that had previously held different mixed fermentation beers. The residual wild yeasts worked their magic over 15 months to produce a unique wild pale ale.£16.00
German-style Pilsner - crisp, clean and highly drinkable. A light malt sweetness builds into a gentle bitterness and noble hop character, creating a beer with a delicate floral aroma alongside subtle spicy notes. A bright and zippy carbonation keeps the finish satisfyingly crisp and dry, encouraging another sip.£3.25
Porter - A traditional take on a robust London porter. Roasted notes of charred toast, cacao and coffee grounds derived from the black, brown and chocolate malts, mingle with toffee, burnt sugar, prunes and raisins from the crystal malts. English IPA - Gipsy Hill have collaborated with Brook House Hops for their second release, Sole Seller. They used some of their best UK hop varieties – Bramling Cross, Phoenix and Admiral – and produced an IPA that’s full of blackcurrant and citrus flavours backed up with some really earthy bitterness.£4.00
