IPA - Constellations is a rotating IPA series, where Burnt Mill bring together some of their favourite hop varieties. For Cassiopeia, they've matched the 6 stars with Citra, Amarillo, Meridian, Strata, Sabro and Kohatu to create an IPA giving us a tropical melody of mango and passionfruit, with subtle notes of vanilla and coconut.£6.20

Sour - An exercise in sensory trickery & nostalgia. A rich traditional malt bill gives you all the caramel sweetness you’d expect from the soft drink then a natural souring process gives you the tang, that’s then followed by the unmistakable flavour of the Scottish classic.

TIPA - This TIPA in Polly's Spectrum series features a mixture of 25kg of Mosaic and Citra pellet hops, paired up with 4kg of Mosaic and Citra Spectrum; expect super intense gooseberry, lychee and grapefruit notes from Citra, backed up with a tropical medley of mango, peach and tangerine notes from Mosaic. Imperial Stout - Deviant & Dandy's latest collaboration is with Old Street Brewery and comes in at a jolly 8% ABV and includes fresh figs, cocoa nibs and a good helping of Tonka Beans which gives it aromas not unlike a mix of vanilla, cherry, almond, and something spicy like cinnamon.£4.90

Sour - Part of their ongoing monthly Fruited Sour release, Jim the head brewer decided to make one of his famous Cocktail recipes into a big Sour.£5.50
Porter - This is a truly indulgent beer. With a recipe laced with dark toasted malts, dried fruits and lemon zest, a six month stint in oak cognac barrels elevates things to a whole new level. Distinctive notes of rich dried prunes linger at the fore, with sweet marzipan flavours adding to the festive feel. Store and serve chilled.£8.40
