Belgian style Pale Ale - Rustique started life as a ‘clean’ strong Belgian style pale ale. After a primary fermentation we transferred it to Foudre No. 4, that had previously held different mixed fermentation beers. The residual wild yeasts worked their magic over 15 months to produce a unique wild pale ale.£16.00
IPA - With heaps of aromatics, both green and tropical, bitterness and flavour, it's easy to see how this hop has become such a go-to for so many. Brewed with Drop Project's favourite selection of IPA Malt, Oat Malt, Flaked Oats and house yeast, the perfect foundation has been laid for the Simcoe to shine.
