Refund policy

Refund policy:

We are unable to provide free returns on the boxes of beer due to their heavy weight. If you wish to return an item, we ask that you pay the postage price. 

In the event that the products arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong order, we can issue a full refund or replacements for the faulty items.

If you would like to return or be refunded for an item or have any other related queries, please email us at hello@sixpackbeer.club and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

You will receive your refund within one week of contacting us.

Please note that if the item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher or on sale, then we will refund the amount you paid and not the amount the item was listed for.

Moreover, you may not be able to receive a replacement of the product you desire if we do not have it in stock. We will notify you and can provide you with an alternative choice.
