Donzoko x Braybrooke Vienna Lager 5%
Lager - Braybrooke's latest collaboration with fellow lager lord Reece of Donzoko in Hartlepool. Named after the city where this style of amber lager was originally brewed in 1841, this Vienna Lager has a rich malt body and a floral hop aroma thanks to the Tettnang hops we used. Single decocted, naturally acidified with Donzoko’s acid culture, fermented with Braybrooke house yeast and cold matured for 30 days. Incredibly drinkable!

Pale Ale - Indecision time is a modern pale ale that changes from brew to brew to highlight individual new world hops. In this brew we used Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Centennial.£5.30
Lager - Gentle and balanced, Helles exemplifies everything Lost & Grounded aims to achieve as a lager brewer. Rolling hills, open fields and happy times with friends - a reminder there are good things ahead. Helles uses the same pilsner malt blend as Keller Pils, and gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang.£3.30
Pale Ale - Electric Bear say: "For this 5.5% pale we used the same malt base as a great seller, I Heard It From The Bassline. We then changed all the hops around though so this batch has flora notes, body from the Sabro and a hoppy, pillowy finish. An Electric Bear quaffable pale!"£4.80
IPA - Disco Infiltrator has been designed by Polly's famous Head of Sales Arron, part of his ongoing quest to make the perfect West Coast IPA. Tasting this recipe made Arron go, "Yep, this is it lads." Piney, resinous and a perfect homage to the style.£5.60
Sour - Part of their ongoing monthly Fruited Sour release, Jim the head brewer decided to make one of his famous Cocktail recipes into a big Sour.£5.50
NEIPA - The use of Kveik yeast produces some amazing flavours during fermentation. Full bodied & hazy, we dry hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic and El Dorado for flavours of stone fruit, mango and pear, developing into a subtle spicy finish.£5.50
Rice Lager - Inspired by Peckhams own Sake. A full bodied and flavoursome Rice Lager brewed with extra pale malted barley & torrified rice flakes. Whirlpool & dry hopped with sorachi & kaz beck hops. The 100kg Kasu additions during the boil adding complexity and depth. Sake Kasu is a by product of the sake brewing process and part of Japanese 'no waste' culture is used for myriad of other uses including cosmetics, skincare and as a healthy food marinade.£4.20
Lager - Inspired by the Helles lagerbiers of Munich, this is a true London lager. German malt, European malts and London water come together to produce a smooth, crisp and flavourful beer. In the spirit of Das Reinheistgebot, Anspatch & Hobday use the spunding method to carbonate their lager naturally, while an extended cold storage in horizontal lager tanks gives our beer time to condition and mature. Table Beer - A table beer with a difference. Brewed with IPA malt, Light Munich, Dextrin and Oats to give a clean, light malt body. Fermented with Kveik Hornindal strain for subtle tropical, stone fruit flavours along with a single hop addition of Sabro in the whirlpool and Sabro Cryo on the dry hop.£4.10
