IPA - Multiverse is a series of beers in which we explore what it means for a single beer to exist in multiple states. Each beer has similarities and differences, each connected but existing in it’s own unique state. Level III starts with extra pale, chit & flaked oats that provide a soft base where Galaxy hops take the spotlight, supported by Strata and Simcoe for aromas of overripe passion fruit and pineapple.£5.25

IPA - With heaps of aromatics, both green and tropical, bitterness and flavour, it's easy to see how this hop has become such a go-to for so many. Brewed with Drop Project's favourite selection of IPA Malt, Oat Malt, Flaked Oats and house yeast, the perfect foundation has been laid for the Simcoe to shine. Dry hopped with a generous dash of Cryo, you'll get a big ol' whack of citrus peel, pine and super ripe stone fruits, all rounded out with a classic gentle bitterness.£4.50
West Coast IPA - Pine, spice, and grapefruit is the dominant character of Chinook hops in this West Coast IPA. Golden Promise malt and a dash of caramel malt makes the perfect backdrop and a neutral ale yeast allows the big bitter character of Chinook to shine through.£5.00
Porter - A traditional take on a robust London porter. Roasted notes of charred toast, cacao and coffee grounds derived from the black, brown and chocolate malts, mingle with toffee, burnt sugar, prunes and raisins from the crystal malts. Our characterful English yeast strain and a crisp dry finish makes this an easy drinker.£4.00
IPA - this is a juicy, vibrant batch of Quintet that showcases the very best in modern hop farming from New Zealand and America. The lineup for this recipe features five glorious varieties, renowned for their punchy, citrus aromas, with Nelson Sauvin introducing fruity top notes of white wine and gooseberry. Best drunk fresh.£4.50
Pale Ale - Our Double Dry Hopped Pale is brewed to soup up your down time by delivering the hop flavour intensity of our DIPAs at a moderate ABV. Doubling our standard Pale Ale’s dry-hopping rate of 8g/L delivers a bold, juicy, hazy, and heavily/hopped beer. Out of our hoppy beer range, this sets the marker for balance between drinkability and flavour impact.Aroma & Flavour:Juicy tangerine and zesty grapefruit, soft white peach and resinous hop notesBody:Medium-bodied and velvety with soft carbonationAftertaste:Lingering juicy orange and peach with light, peppery bitterness£5.25
Red Ale - Deep flowing red caramel malty notes brewed with light crystal malts, rye, toasted barley & oats which offer a full body. Double dry-hopped with simcoe, amarillo & sabro; this means it has been dry-hopped twice & with twice the volume of hop at each dry hopping.£4.25
Triple Fruited Gose - A 2:1 ratio of Raspberry and Pear was used. Raspberry takes the larger portion, delivering juicy, tart and earthy berry goodness, whilst Pear bulks up the mouthfeel and brings fleshy aromatic sweetness! These two new best buds, combined with North's signature TFG recipe, made up of best ale malt, oats, lactose and salt bring the full, thick, smooth and triple fruity drinking experience we all know and love!£5.50
DIPA - Sharing the same malt bill, water profile and hop lineup as Allen, the 8% DIPA shifts the spotlight onto Nelson Sauvin, making it the star of show while Citra and Mosaic follow its lead. Despite its shared characteristics, FIVE A.M. remains a standout offering.£7.75
Belgian style Pale Ale - Rustique started life as a ‘clean’ strong Belgian style pale ale. After a primary fermentation we transferred it to Foudre No. 4, that had previously held different mixed fermentation beers. The residual wild yeasts worked their magic over 15 months to produce a unique wild pale ale.£16.00
NEIPA - Here Simcoe Cryo has been paired with Azacca and an old English Ale yeast strain. We have retained the juice expected of a New England style beer IPA while the hop combination makes this the earthiest of the IPAs released so far this year. The yeast variant is also a slightly higher attenuator than our usual house strain so the beer is slightly lighter and more crisp.£6.75
Pale Ale - This delightfully wicked pale ichor, the first from poisonous metallers Cradle Of Filth & Electric Bear Brewing, is awash with forbidden fruits, possessing the opulent aroma of tropical hurricanes reclining midst the bloody hubbub of grapefruit and mango.£3.50
