DIPA - Sharing the same malt bill, water profile and hop lineup as Allen, the 8% DIPA shifts the spotlight onto Nelson Sauvin, making it the star of show while Citra and Mosaic follow its lead. Despite its shared characteristics, FIVE A.M. remains a standout offering.£8.50
IPA - Much like its literary namesake, this resplendent Shangri-La session IPA is a mystical, harmonious brew that summons flavours of ripe and juicy tropical fruit. Complimenting its rich flavour profile with a beautifully soft and viscous mouth-feel, wherever you may be, just one sip will whisk you away to paradise.£4.40
Pale Ale - If you're fond of sand dunes and salty air, consider Norfolk. Sweeping coastlines that define the region as much as the vast skies. Instantly recognisable, our coastal dunes perpetually shift with each tide, gently changing the landscape in a state of continual variation. Sweeping Coast is resinous, bright and fresh yet subtlety undulating on a journey, one that is always set to home.£4.50
Pale Ale - Glowing orange colour. A beautifully balanced beer where the pale, crystal and Munich malts really help amplify the hops juicy qualities. Layers of flavour: tropical fruit, citrus fruit, stinky cheese, caramel - all working together. Bitter and sweet. Lush.£4.40
NEIPA - Here Simcoe Cryo has been paired with Azacca and an old English Ale yeast strain. We have retained the juice expected of a New England style beer IPA while the hop combination makes this the earthiest of the IPAs released so far this year. The yeast variant is also a slightly higher attenuator than our usual house strain so the beer is slightly lighter and more crisp.£6.75
NEIPA - The use of Kveik yeast produces some amazing flavours during fermentation. Full bodied & hazy, we dry hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic and El Dorado for flavours of stone fruit, mango and pear, developing into a subtle spicy finish.£5.50
IPA - Oozy, chubby and well furnished with the expected Wylam bounce and wallop. STRATA, GALAXY and CITRA lupulus boot up the subtropical flush with searingly sharp shards of fresh white grapefruit, smashed pomelo and pineapple mash.£7.00
Fruited Gose - Packed with more blueberries than you can fit in to a 4 foot car, Blue Jam is tart, juicy and vibrantly purple (yes, sorry not blue). Much like the Gose-style beers you know Yonder for, this is full bodied and smooth, with a lick of Cornish Sea Salt, and this time, a touch of lemon-like flavour from coriander seed (just a touch).£6.30
Pale Ale - Indecision time is a modern pale ale that changes from brew to brew to highlight individual new world hops. In this brew we used Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Centennial.£5.30
