Stout - Waffler is our first pastry stout, inspired by our favourite comfort food. 100% Canadian GRADE A maple syrup, rauch malt for smoky kicks, a heavy grist building a full body, black coffee giving an aromatic bitterness offsetting the sweetness and vegan friendly bacon top notes. It’s a maple bacon, stack of pancakes in a beer.£5.00
Pale Ale - BRU-1 and Strata dominate proceedings in this full yet light and slightly crisp pale offering. The sister to 300 Laps that oozes grapefruit, pineapple and a skunky dankness. A little bitter bite and a dry finish remind you it's grown up and make you reach for that glass again... and again...and again.£5.00
Belgian style Pale Ale - Rustique started life as a ‘clean’ strong Belgian style pale ale. After a primary fermentation we transferred it to Foudre No. 4, that had previously held different mixed fermentation beers. The residual wild yeasts worked their magic over 15 months to produce a unique wild pale ale.£16.00
Pale Ale - This delightfully wicked pale ichor, the first from poisonous metallers Cradle Of Filth & Electric Bear Brewing, is awash with forbidden fruits, possessing the opulent aroma of tropical hurricanes reclining midst the bloody hubbub of grapefruit and mango.£3.50
Pale Ale - A lovely refined drop from the Bermondsey beer magicians. Made using US hops cascade, you’ll taste delicious citrus and spicy flavours. Kohatu means stone or rock in Maori language, and if you’re anything like us you cherish your craft beers as much as your precious stones. A sessionable pale ale made to savour.£3.50
California Pale Ale - A fresh pale ale as crisp as a cold winter's day. This style uses a super clean malt base to show off some amazing hop expression. Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Centennial and Vic Secret combine here to offer tropical and citrus notes dancing in and out of the spotlight, before finishing with trademark resinous bitterness.£3.50
Bitter - A modern reinterpretation of an English Bitter; inspired by the past but brewed with the future firmly in mind. Using new UK hop varieties and our house yeast, Yonder have created a beer which tastes like home without dampening the desire to explore beyond it.£4.00
IPA - With heaps of aromatics, both green and tropical, bitterness and flavour, it's easy to see how this hop has become such a go-to for so many. Brewed with Drop Project's favourite selection of IPA Malt, Oat Malt, Flaked Oats and house yeast, the perfect foundation has been laid for the Simcoe to shine. Dry hopped with a generous dash of Cryo, you'll get a big ol' whack of citrus peel, pine and super ripe stone fruits, all rounded out with a classic gentle bitterness.£4.50
Stout - Soft like velvet and far too easy to drink. 11 malts were used and lashings of molasses to boot! Caramel flavours range from sweet shop to burnt sugar. Roasted impact hits in waves with coffee grounds and cocoa upfront and that unmistakable roasted barley oomph we crave through the middle. Bitterness and roasted astringency are balanced by a slightly sweet and natural finish. No adjuncts here… Just a straight up 7.7% ABV export stout.£6.75
IPA - Multiverse is a series of beers in which we explore what it means for a single beer to exist in multiple states. Each beer has similarities and differences, each connected but existing in it’s own unique state. Level III starts with extra pale, chit & flaked oats that provide a soft base where Galaxy hops take the spotlight, supported by Strata and Simcoe for aromas of overripe passion fruit and pineapple.£5.25
