Here, our jaggery Quad melds with primordial, native yeasts who feast for 11 months in a second fill Early Times barrel. A beer for the ages.

Lager - Northern Helles is Donzoko’s flagship lager. They use German malt and ferment cold with a Swiss lager yeast strain, for a clean malt backbone with notes of sweet crusty bread. Their unique house acid culture is added in the brewhouse to control the pH level of the beer and achieve a crisp, refreshing finish after fermentation. They top it all off by moderately hopping with New Zealand hops for hints of floral fruit, complementing the crispness perfectly. Northern Helles is hazy, served unfiltered, and perfect for cracking open with friends.£5.50
NEIPA - Stand amid the roar of pineapple and apricot on the shore of this deep, hazy IPA. Pungent stone fruit aromas billow from the glass on pouring, while a heavy body and and soft mango sweetness paw cloyingly at the palate, dragging you deeper, deeper in to the dream within a dream.£5.00
Rice Lager - Inspired by Peckhams own Sake. A full bodied and flavoursome Rice Lager brewed with extra pale malted barley & torrified rice flakes. Whirlpool & dry hopped with sorachi & kaz beck hops. The 100kg Kasu additions during the boil adding complexity and depth. Sake Kasu is a by product of the sake brewing process and part of Japanese 'no waste' culture is used for myriad of other uses including cosmetics, skincare and as a healthy food marinade.£4.20
Pale Ale - Electric Bear say: "For this 5.5% pale we used the same malt base as a great seller, I Heard It From The Bassline. We then changed all the hops around though so this batch has flora notes, body from the Sabro and a hoppy, pillowy finish. An Electric Bear quaffable pale!"£4.80

QIPA - This quadruple IPA in Polly's Spectrum series features a mixture of 50kg of Mosaic and Citra pellet hops, paired up with 4kg of Mosaic and Citra Spectrum; expect mega intense gooseberry, lychee and grapefruit notes from Citra, backed up with a tropical medley of mango, peach and tangerine notes from Mosaic, along with a warming alcohol booziness.£8.75
