Belgian Quadrupel - The Husmerae, an Anglo-Saxon tribe, settled on the banks of the River Stour prior to 736AD, and it's at this location that the sister beer to Waghoba emerges. Here, our jaggery Quad melds with primordial, native yeasts who feast for 11 months in a second fill Early Times barrel. A beer for the ages.

DIPA - This DIPA in Polly's Spectrum series features a mixture of 20kg of Mosaic and Citra pellet hops, paired up with 3kg of Mosaic and Citra Spectrum; expect slightly more intense gooseberry, lychee and grapefruit notes from Citra, backed up with a tropical medley of mango, peach and tangerine notes from Mosaic.£6.25
DIPA - Sharing the same malt bill, water profile and hop lineup as Allen, the 8% DIPA shifts the spotlight onto Nelson Sauvin, making it the star of show while Citra and Mosaic follow its lead. Despite its shared characteristics, FIVE A.M. remains a standout offering.£7.75
Lager - Inspired by the Helles lagerbiers of Munich, this is a true London lager. German malt, European malts and London water come together to produce a smooth, crisp and flavourful beer. In the spirit of Das Reinheistgebot, Anspatch & Hobday use the spunding method to carbonate their lager naturally, while an extended cold storage in horizontal lager tanks gives our beer time to condition and mature. Sour - Raspberry gose pours opaque and vibrant red in colour. Aromas of fresh fruit dominate with hints of tangy yoghurt in the background. Tart raspberry coulis hits your senses with the first sip and lingers with the full, smoothie-like body and a saline lick from Cornish sea salt.£5.25
Juicy IPA brewed with London Fog yeast, Mosaic, Sabro and Idaho-7 hops, along with oats, dextrin, CaraGold and Maris Otter. It's pithy, chewy, dank and resinous in all the right places with big bouncy flavours of pineapple, white grape, lemongrass and grapefruit – with a faint whiff of strawberries and cream. Lager - Braybrooke's latest collaboration with fellow lager lord Reece of Donzoko in Hartlepool. Named after the city where this style of amber lager was originally brewed in 1841, this Vienna Lager has a rich malt body and a floral hop aroma thanks to the Tettnang hops we used. Single decocted, naturally acidified with Donzoko’s acid culture, fermented with Braybrooke house yeast and cold matured for 30 days. Incredibly drinkable!£6.00
Pale Ale - Glowing orange colour. A beautifully balanced beer where the pale, crystal and Munich malts really help amplify the hops juicy qualities. Layers of flavour: tropical fruit, citrus fruit, stinky cheese, caramel - all working together. Bitter and sweet. Lush.£4.75

Lager - Gentle and balanced, Helles exemplifies everything Lost & Grounded aims to achieve as a lager brewer.
