£5.75Juicy IPA brewed with London Fog yeast, Mosaic, Sabro and Idaho-7 hops, along with oats, dextrin, CaraGold and Maris Otter. It's pithy, chewy, dank and resinous in all the right places with big bouncy flavours of pineapple, white grape, lemongrass and grapefruit – with a faint whiff of strawberries and cream. Believe it!

Chevallier, Crystal, Munich, Amber Malt and Torrefied Wheat provide a fine crunchy biscuit and sweet marmalade base with a clear and rich amber hue. A blend of whole leaf Bullion, East Kent Goldings and UK Cascade allow for a strong bitter line to run through the whole drink and throw bouquets of earthy blackberry, honey and gentle floral pine aroma.

This is the first time this hop has been used in the UK, found while the hop growers parents were on a wine and cheese tasting holiday in france, Heady floral flavours of blossom and cherry. A smashable, bitter pilsner.
