IPA - Extra Pale, Wheat, Maize, Rice & Caragold make up the grist Whirlpooled with Enigma then extensively dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin for aromas of peach and crushed white grapes.

TIPA - This TIPA in Polly's Spectrum series features a mixture of 25kg of Mosaic and Citra pellet hops, paired up with 4kg of Mosaic and Citra Spectrum; expect super intense gooseberry, lychee and grapefruit notes from Citra, backed up with a tropical medley of mango, peach and tangerine notes from Mosaic. DIPA - This DIPA in Polly's Spectrum series features a mixture of 20kg of Mosaic and Citra pellet hops, paired up with 3kg of Mosaic and Citra Spectrum; expect slightly more intense gooseberry, lychee and grapefruit notes from Citra, backed up with a tropical medley of mango, peach and tangerine notes from Mosaic.£6.25
Stout - Brewed once a year, with a carefully selected blend of 8 malts, our UK sourced granola and combined with chocolate and caramel leading to a finish of dark fruit. Granola breakfast cereal combined with chocolate, caramel and finished with a dark fruit hit.£4.90
NEIPA - Stand amid the roar of pineapple and apricot on the shore of this deep, hazy IPA. Pungent stone fruit aromas billow from the glass on pouring, while a heavy body and and soft mango sweetness paw cloyingly at the palate, dragging you deeper, deeper in to the dream within a dream.£5.00
West Coast Pale Ale - inspired by the relaxed vibe of the Californian way; with a heavy whirlpool addition of Cascade bringing the bitterness to the party to play off perfectly against fresh cut grass, pine, and grapefruit notes from the reeled back use of Chinook and Citra in the dry hop. Clean fermented with US05 for maximum drinkability and crispness, this is a beer perfect for soaking up the sun, kicking back, maxin’ out, and relaxin’ all cool.£5.10
IPA - Disco Infiltrator has been designed by Polly's famous Head of Sales Arron, part of his ongoing quest to make the perfect West Coast IPA. Tasting this recipe made Arron go, "Yep, this is it lads." Piney, resinous and a perfect homage to the style.£5.60
Lager - Inspired by the Helles lagerbiers of Munich, this is a true London lager. German malt, European malts and London water come together to produce a smooth, crisp and flavourful beer. In the spirit of Das Reinheistgebot, Anspatch & Hobday use the spunding method to carbonate their lager naturally, while an extended cold storage in horizontal lager tanks gives our beer time to condition and mature.
