Fruited Gose - Packed with more blueberries than you can fit in to a 4 foot car, Blue Jam is tart, juicy and vibrantly purple (yes, sorry not blue). Much like the Gose-style beers you know Yonder for, this is full bodied and smooth, with a lick of Cornish Sea Salt, and this time, a touch of lemon-like flavour from coriander seed (just a touch).£6.30

Belgian style Pale Ale - Rustique started life as a ‘clean’ strong Belgian style pale ale. After a primary fermentation we transferred it to Foudre No. 4, that had previously held different mixed fermentation beers. The residual wild yeasts worked their magic over 15 months to produce a unique wild pale ale.

NEIPA - Burnt Mill say: "For Free Surface IPA we started with a grist of extra pale, oats and chit for a light, soft malt profile with plenty of body. We then whirlpooled with Moutere and dry hopped with Mosaic, Enigma, Ella, Chinook & HBC472 for an IPA that strikes a balance between dank and bright tropical aromatics."£6.20
QIPA - This quadruple IPA in Polly's Spectrum series features a mixture of 50kg of Mosaic and Citra pellet hops, paired up with 4kg of Mosaic and Citra Spectrum; expect mega intense gooseberry, lychee and grapefruit notes from Citra, backed up with a tropical medley of mango, peach and tangerine notes from Mosaic, along with a warming alcohol booziness.£8.75
Bitter - A Best Bitter, for you, for me and for us. Chevallier, Crystal, Munich, Amber Malt and Torrefied Wheat provide a fine crunchy biscuit and sweet marmalade base with a clear and rich amber hue. A blend of whole leaf Bullion, East Kent Goldings and UK Cascade allow for a strong bitter line to run through the whole drink and throw bouquets of earthy blackberry, honey and gentle floral pine aroma.£3.80
Sour - An exercise in sensory trickery & nostalgia. A rich traditional malt bill gives you all the caramel sweetness you’d expect from the soft drink then a natural souring process gives you the tang, that’s then followed by the unmistakable flavour of the Scottish classic.£5.00
IPA - Oozy, chubby and well furnished with the expected Wylam bounce and wallop. STRATA, GALAXY and CITRA lupulus boot up the subtropical flush with searingly sharp shards of fresh white grapefruit, smashed pomelo and pineapple mash.£7.00
DIPA - Sharing the same malt bill, water profile and hop lineup as Allen, the 8% DIPA shifts the spotlight onto Nelson Sauvin, making it the star of show while Citra and Mosaic follow its lead. Despite its shared characteristics, FIVE A.M. remains a standout offering.£8.50
Fruited Sour - This year's Elderflower Saison got kicked up a notch. Now with 100% of Little Earth's own yeast, it's more sour than saison with an added tartness from fresh local gooseberries to balance out the funky floral foraged elderflowers.£16.10
