NEIPA - Here Simcoe Cryo has been paired with Azacca and an old English Ale yeast strain. We have retained the juice expected of a New England style beer IPA while the hop combination makes this the earthiest of the IPAs released so far this year. The yeast variant is also a slightly higher attenuator than our usual house strain so the beer is slightly lighter and more crisp.£6.75
Stout - Soft like velvet and far too easy to drink. 11 malts were used and lashings of molasses to boot! Caramel flavours range from sweet shop to burnt sugar. Roasted impact hits in waves with coffee grounds and cocoa upfront and that unmistakable roasted barley oomph we crave through the middle. Bitterness and roasted astringency are balanced by a slightly sweet and natural finish. No adjuncts here… Just a straight up 7.7% ABV export stout.£6.75
Red Ale - Deep flowing red caramel malty notes brewed with light crystal malts, rye, toasted barley & oats which offer a full body. Double dry-hopped with simcoe, amarillo & sabro; this means it has been dry-hopped twice & with twice the volume of hop at each dry hopping.£4.25
West Coast Pale Ale - Inspired by the classic, easy-drinking Pale Ales of America’s West Coast, this is a style where balance between punchy, aromatic hop notes and solid drinkability is key. A clean, dry, lightly resinous and bitter finish sets this beer apart from its hazy counterparts.Aroma & Flavour: Seville orange, light caramel, white peach and big resinous hop notesBody: Light-medium body with a long, dry finishAftertaste: Pithy bitterness, resinous hop notes, pine£4.50
Pilsner - This beer is a moment of refreshment in a busy life, a touch of calm in a world of noise. Hopped with Saaz and Tettnang for light floral notes balanced on top of a classic Pilsner base, this is our take on a timeless style, brewed with approachability and accessibility in mind. Tiny dots on an endless timeline.£3.75
Pale Ale - A lovely refined drop from the Bermondsey beer magicians. Made using US hops cascade, you’ll taste delicious citrus and spicy flavours. Kohatu means stone or rock in Maori language, and if you’re anything like us you cherish your craft beers as much as your precious stones. A sessionable pale ale made to savour.£3.50
New England IPA - It’s got stonefruit, grapefruit, haze and aroma in abundance. Following on from our collaboration with Braukollektiv, this is a German response to a contemporary style, the ultimate combination. Extra Pale Ale and Vienna malt provide the base, with Wheat and Oats added for body. HBC-692, Hüll Melon and Simcoe hops in the cool pool and dry hop additions. Fermented with a blend of American and English Ale yeast strains.£4.50
Dark Beer - Delirium Red is an 8% dark-red cherry beer made by the heroes that gave the world Delirium Tremens. Based on their blonde ale, it has a light pink, compact head, a soft aroma of almond and sour cherries, and tastes tangy and fruity, with a perfect balance between sweet and sour.£3.50
Fruited Gose - Packed with more blueberries than you can fit in to a 4 foot car, Blue Jam is tart, juicy and vibrantly purple (yes, sorry not blue). Much like the Gose-style beers you know Yonder for, this is full bodied and smooth, with a lick of Cornish Sea Salt, and this time, a touch of lemon-like flavour from coriander seed (just a touch).£6.00
