Stout - Soft like velvet and far too easy to drink. 11 malts were used and lashings of molasses to boot! Caramel flavours range from sweet shop to burnt sugar. Roasted impact hits in waves with coffee grounds and cocoa upfront and that unmistakable roasted barley oomph we crave through the middle. Bitterness and roasted astringency are balanced by a slightly sweet and natural finish. No adjuncts here… Just a straight up 7.7% ABV export stout.£6.75
Pale Ale - This delightfully wicked pale ichor, the first from poisonous metallers Cradle Of Filth & Electric Bear Brewing, is awash with forbidden fruits, possessing the opulent aroma of tropical hurricanes reclining midst the bloody hubbub of grapefruit and mango.£3.50
Stout - Waffler is our first pastry stout, inspired by our favourite comfort food. 100% Canadian GRADE A maple syrup, rauch malt for smoky kicks, a heavy grist building a full body, black coffee giving an aromatic bitterness offsetting the sweetness and vegan friendly bacon top notes. It’s a maple bacon, stack of pancakes in a beer.£5.00
Witbier - Flowers are given in love and joy, celebration and commemoration, or just for the sake of it. This wheat beer is as bright and vibrant as the most beautiful bouquet. Balancing the bold flavours of coriander seed and caracao orange peel with the gentle snap of Saaz and Tettnang hops, Flowers is a modern twist on a classic style, for any occasion.£4.25
West Coast IPA - Keeping true to the style this West Coast IPA has rousing tropical hop notes brewed with a balance of big hop bitterness and a bold malt profile. Hopped with Galaxy, Yellow Sub, Sabro cryo and Simcoe cryo hops on a malt base of extra pale barley, cara, munich and wheat malt.£4.50
Triple Fruited Gose - A 2:1 ratio of Raspberry and Pear was used. Raspberry takes the larger portion, delivering juicy, tart and earthy berry goodness, whilst Pear bulks up the mouthfeel and brings fleshy aromatic sweetness! These two new best buds, combined with North's signature TFG recipe, made up of best ale malt, oats, lactose and salt bring the full, thick, smooth and triple fruity drinking experience we all know and love!£5.50
Pale Ale - A lovely refined drop from the Bermondsey beer magicians. Made using US hops cascade, you’ll taste delicious citrus and spicy flavours. Kohatu means stone or rock in Maori language, and if you’re anything like us you cherish your craft beers as much as your precious stones. A sessionable pale ale made to savour.£3.50
New Zealand DIPA - collaboration with New Zealand, Parrotdog Brewery. 8% in abv and featuring a big big dose of Nectaron bringing rich and intense passionfruit and peach flavour. Citra and El Dorado back the beer up with smooth fleshy pear, succulent pineapple and juicy nectarine.£7.00
Fruited Gose - Packed with more blueberries than you can fit in to a 4 foot car, Blue Jam is tart, juicy and vibrantly purple (yes, sorry not blue). Much like the Gose-style beers you know Yonder for, this is full bodied and smooth, with a lick of Cornish Sea Salt, and this time, a touch of lemon-like flavour from coriander seed (just a touch).£6.00
