£3.75DIPA - Sharing the same malt bill, water profile and hop lineup as Allen, the 8% DIPA shifts the spotlight onto Nelson Sauvin, making it the star of show while Citra and Mosaic follow its lead. Despite its shared characteristics, FIVE A.M. remains a standout offering.
£7.75TIPA - DDH version of Chubbles in collaboration with The Veil Brewing Co. Impressions of pleasant melon, concentrated juice, and watermelon jolly ranchers.
£11.75IPA - A clean and bitter West Coast inspired IPA. Pilsner malt leads in this modern take on the style, which leans towards a more tropical hop profile with Citra and Mosaic doing the heavy lifting.
£4.75Session IPA - Packed with Nelson Sauvin, Moteuka and Simcoe. Lots of grape-like aroma’s with a zing of tropical fruit. Soft, hazy and easy-drinking.
£3.75Pale Ale - A lovely refined drop from the Bermondsey beer magicians. Made using US hops cascade, you’ll taste delicious citrus and spicy flavours. Kohatu means stone or rock in Maori language, and if you’re anything like us you cherish your craft beers as much as your precious stones. A sessionable pale ale made to savour.
£3.50Farmhouse ale - Little Earth Project say: 'Made with our own grown organic hops and barley & floor malted organic wheat malt, this is a beer that is normally keg only and reserved for it's namesake pub, the Edwardstone White Horse. This house saison is brewed and left to age for a few months in oak with a mix of our own yeast and a traditional farmhouse strain to create a dry, sparkling, funky but drinkable beer.'
£14.75Porter - This is a truly indulgent beer. With a recipe laced with dark toasted malts, dried fruits and lemon zest, a six month stint in oak cognac barrels elevates things to a whole new level. Distinctive notes of rich dried prunes linger at the fore, with sweet marzipan flavours adding to the festive feel. Store and serve chilled.
£7.75IPA - This IPA experiments of a technique known as dip hopping. Additional Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe is loaded into an empty tank to make a concentrated ‘hop tea’ that Siren's fermented beer is blended into. They then dry hop for good measure. The result should make for additional accents and depth of flavour.
£3.75NEIPA - Here Simcoe Cryo has been paired with Azacca and an old English Ale yeast strain. We have retained the juice expected of a New England style beer IPA while the hop combination makes this the earthiest of the IPAs released so far this year. The yeast variant is also a slightly higher attenuator than our usual house strain so the beer is slightly lighter and more crisp.
£6.75Lager - Gold in colour, delicate mouthfeel and bitterness. Well balanced biscuit-like sweetness.
£3.50Dark Beer - Delirium Red is an 8% dark-red cherry beer made by the heroes that gave the world Delirium Tremens. Based on their blonde ale, it has a light pink, compact head, a soft aroma of almond and sour cherries, and tastes tangy and fruity, with a perfect balance between sweet and sour.
£3.50Fruited Gose - Packed with more blueberries than you can fit in to a 4 foot car, Blue Jam is tart, juicy and vibrantly purple (yes, sorry not blue). Much like the Gose-style beers you know Yonder for, this is full bodied and smooth, with a lick of Cornish Sea Salt, and this time, a touch of lemon-like flavour from coriander seed (just a touch).
£6.00Pale Ale - More than double Partizan's standard Pale Ale's dry-hopping rate to deliver a bolder, juicier, and hazier beer. Using Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra dry hops to help layer this pale with punchy tropical and resin notes.
£4.50Pale Ale - Packed full of Nelson Sauvin, Taiheke and Citra, with the aim to accentuate the fruity tropical notes with the white wine flavours from the Nelson.
£4.25Bitter - A modern reinterpretation of an English Bitter; inspired by the past but brewed with the future firmly in mind. Using new UK hop varieties and our house yeast, Yonder have created a beer which tastes like home without dampening the desire to explore beyond it.
£4.00DIPA made with Idaho 7, Mosaic T90, Mosaic BBC, Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, Columbus hops in collaboration with Humble Sea (California, USA)
£7.00IPA - Soft, juicy, citrus and tropical fruit laden IPA in Deya's house style. This beer has clean malt structure, peachy yeast esters, and the saturated presence of Citra and Simcoe. Refreshing, clean and beautiful to drink!
£5.50Stout - Wake up, it's time to party! Smooth and luxurious, sweet with a little kick of bitterness, Slumber is worth getting out of bed for. A vanilla ice cream dream, submerged in roasted coffee aromas.
£5.25NEIPA - Like Tankslapper, they've used the Verdant yeast in this beer to kick out lots of citrus and tropical aromas. Plenty of big, pithy, juicy hops in here too – Azacca, El Dorado and Idaho-7 (Cryo).
